• Structural composition: Generally composed of valve body, butterfly plate, connecting rod, muffler, exhaust duct and other components.

Working principle: By rotating the valve shaft to drive the butterfly plate to rotate, the valve can be opened and closed, thereby controlling the emission of gas. Rotate the valve shaft clockwise to close the valve; Rotate the valve shaft counterclockwise, the valve opens, and excess gas in the pipeline is discharged into the atmosphere from the exhaust cylinder.

Performance parameters: The nominal diameter is usually DN400-DN2800mm, the nominal pressure is between 0.05-0.25MPa, and the applicable temperature generally does not exceed 250 ℃.

• Drive mode: There are various drive modes such as electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-hydraulic, etc., which can achieve remote control.

Application areas: Widely used in pipeline systems such as heating, ventilation, dust removal, and environmental protection equipment in industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, and power plants.
