Working principle: The fluid switch control is achieved by controlling the rotation of the sphere through an electric actuator. After receiving the control signal, the motor in the electric actuator transmits the rotational motion to the valve stem through the reducer, driving the ball to rotate 90 degrees to open or close the valve.

Material characteristics: The valve body material usually includes WCB carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, etc. The material of the sphere includes 2Cr13+nitriding treatment, 304 stainless steel, etc. The valve stem material includes 2Cr13, 304 stainless steel, etc. Sealing materials commonly used include reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene and para polystyrene.

Technical parameters: The nominal diameter is generally between DN10-DN100mm, and the nominal pressure includes PN1.0, 1.6, 2.5Mpa, etc. The power supply voltage can be selected from AC220V, AC380V, DC24V, etc. The medium temperature varies depending on the sealing material, such as -29 ℃ -+180 ℃ for reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene and -29 ℃ -+300 ℃ for para polystyrene.
