Electric flange plastic ball valve
Electric flange plastic ball valve is a valve device composed of an electric actuator and a plastic ball valve connected by a flange, used to control the on/off or flow regulation of fluids in pipelines.
Here is a detailed introduction:
Working principle: The motor inside the electric actuator drives the ball to rotate through a gear transmission device. The ball can rotate 90 degrees to open or close the valve, thereby controlling the flow or cutoff of the medium. The flow rate can also be adjusted by controlling the rotation angle of the ball.
Structural features: The valve body is assembled by injection molding of plastic materials such as UPVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, etc. Installed on pipelines through flange connection, it has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, and convenient installation.
Performance advantages: It has excellent corrosion resistance and good resistance to corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, etc. Excellent sealing performance, using sealing materials such as PTFE and EPDM, with low leakage and some products reaching zero leakage standards. Flexible electric control, supporting AC220V/380V or DC24V power supply, optional switch type, regulating type or explosion-proof actuator, some models can receive 4-20mA signal to achieve precise flow adjustment.
Application areas: Widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, and food, suitable for controlling media such as pure water and drinking water, acid and alkali, chemical solvents, corrosive liquids, etc.
