Working principle: Powered by DC24V, AC220V, or AC380V power supply voltage, it directly receives a unified standard signal (4-20mA DC, 0-10mA DC, or 1-5V DC, 0-10V DC), converts it into displacement corresponding to the input signal, and moves at an angular displacement (0-90 º) to change the rotation opening of the ball core and achieve proportional adjustment action. The two position switch type achieves switching action through the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and simultaneously outputs a switch valve position indication signal.

Structural features: The high-pressure valve body is made of forged steel, and the main components are forged by professional manufacturers to overcome the potential defects of cast steel valves. It can maintain the compressive uniformity of its structure under maximum working pressure. The electric actuator adopts an integrated structure, direct connection method, and built-in servo system, without the need for additional servo amplifiers. There is no bracket connection between the ball valve and the electric actuator, and the integrated external structure is compact, reducing equipment space.

Performance advantages: The passage inside the valve body is smooth and flat, with low fluid resistance, and can transport viscous fluids, slurries, and solid particles. Excellent sealing performance, the sealing material is generally polytetrafluoroethylene, etc., with good self-lubricating properties, low friction loss with the sphere, and long service life. At the same time, it has a high pressure bearing capacity and is suitable for various pipelines ranging from Class 150 to Class 2500 and PN 1.0 to 42.0MPa.
