Electric flange gate valve is an industrial valve controlled by an electric actuator for opening and closing, which uses the lifting and lowering of the gate to achieve the on/off or flow regulation of pipeline media. Here is a detailed introduction:

Structural composition: mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, valve seat, electric actuator and other parts. The valve body and valve cover are connected by flanges, and the valve stem is connected to the electric actuator.

Working principle: When the electric actuator receives a control signal, the internal motor will rotate, driving the valve stem to move up and down, thereby achieving the lifting of the gate and controlling the opening and closing of the valve.

Characteristics: It has the advantages of excellent sealing performance, low fluid resistance, high degree of automation, strong universality of flange connection, and wide adaptability to working conditions. However, it also has disadvantages such as long opening and closing stroke, large installation space requirements, high maintenance cost of sealing surface, high cost of electric actuator, and special design required for low and high temperature scenarios.

Technical parameters: The pressure rating covers PN10-PN250, the temperature range is -196 -600 , the nominal diameter range is wide, the driving torque of the electric actuator is calculated based on the valve diameter and pressure, and the response speed of the ordinary DN200 valve opening and closing time is 30s, and the fast type can be shortened to less than 15s.

Application areas: Widely used in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, power, water treatment, municipal engineering, etc., especially suitable as the main cut-off valve for pipeline systems, used in high-pressure long-distance pipelines, high-temperature steam pipelines and other scenarios.
