High pressure solenoid valve
High pressure solenoid valve is an automation component used to control the on/off of high-pressure fluids and is widely used in the industrial field. Here is a detailed introduction about it:
1. Structural principle
Direct acting: When powered on, the magnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil directly attracts the valve core, overcoming the spring force to open the valve; When the power is cut off, the spring force causes the valve core to reset and the valve to close. Direct acting is suitable for small caliber and low-pressure applications.
Pilot type: In the normally closed state, the coil is energized, and the pilot valve core is attracted to open the pilot hole. The upper chamber of the valve is depressurized, and the piston opens the solenoid valve under the pressure of the lower medium; The coil loses power, the pilot valve core resets and closes the pilot hole, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve increases, and the solenoid valve closes. The normally open state is the opposite.
2. Technical specifications
• Pressure range: Common pressure levels include 1.6MPa to 42MPa, and can withstand a maximum pressure of 50MPa.
Material: The valve body material mainly includes brass and stainless steel, among which stainless steel materials include 304, 316, etc., which can be selected according to the corrosiveness of the medium.
• Temperature range: It can generally operate stably within the temperature range of -100 ℃ to+200 ℃, and special models can withstand higher or lower temperatures.
• Connection method: There are internal thread, flange and other connection methods, and other connection methods can also be customized.
Power supply voltage: DC is 12V to 127V, AC is 36V to 380V.
3. Characteristics
It has the characteristics of compact design, fast action response speed, high frequency, strong reliability, zero leakage, and multiple protective functions such as waterproof, explosion-proof, and anti-corrosion.
4. Application Fields
Widely used in military, aerospace, shipbuilding, nuclear, petrochemical, power, chemical, light industry, machinery and other fields, it can control media such as water, gas, oil, steam, gas and various corrosive fluids.
5. Installation precautions
During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the valve body is level, the coil is facing upwards, and the fluid direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the solenoid valve arrow. At the same time, the pipeline should be cleaned and a filter should be installed if necessary.
