On November 28, 2023, a naming and delivery ceremony was held for the 82,000-ton Khamsar bulk carrier built by Nantong COSCO Shipping Kawasaki Ship Engineering Co.

The ship's main engine and generator adopt SCR system to meet the requirements of Tier III for NOx emission, add new energy-saving device (SH-Fin) to improve energy saving effect, and the Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) meets the requirements of Tier III.
