1. Structure and principle

It consists of an explosion-proof electric actuator and a stainless steel regulating valve body. The actuator receives standard signals such as 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC, drives the valve core of the stainless steel valve body to move, changes the valve opening, and thus controls the flow rate, pressure, and other parameters of the fluid.

2. Performance characteristics

Reliable explosion-proof performance: The explosion-proof grade is typically ExdⅡBT4, which can prevent explosions caused by sparks generated by internal electrical components.

• High corrosion resistance: The valve body, valve core and other parts are made of 304, 316 or 316L stainless steel, which can resist the erosion of corrosive media such as acids and alkalis.

High control accuracy: The positioning accuracy can reach ±0.5%, allowing precise adjustment of medium flow.

High protection level: The protection level is generally IP65, which can adapt to harsh outdoor environments.

3. Technical parameters

• Nominal diameter: available in G3/8", G1/2", G3/4", G1" and other specifications, as well as DN20-DN300mm and other different sizes.

• Nominal pressure: usually 1.6MPa-32.0MPa.

• Flow characteristics: Mostly equal percentage characteristics, but also other flow characteristics such as linearity are available.

• Actuator parameters: The power supply voltage is generally 220V, and the input and output signals are 4-20mA·DC.

4. Application Fields

It is mainly used in the petroleum, chemical, natural gas and other industries for precise control of the flow, pressure and temperature of corrosive, flammable and explosive media, such as the regulation of liquefied natural gas, propane and other media in LNG gasification stations and chemical processes.
