Flange butterfly valve has simple structure, small flow resistance coefficient. The flow rate of special new tends to straight line, will not retain debris. Flange butterfly valve adopts centerline structure, no eccentric design, with remarkable low operating torque characteristics, configuration of the actuator economy is remarkable. The rubber valve seat has good balance and support, effectively avoiding the damage to the rubber caused by uneven force, when the valve is fully closed, the rubber is in a better compression state to maintain zero leakage. The circumferential sealing surface of the butterfly plate is processed to a high degree of finish, and the friction coefficient of the rubber seat has a long service life. The rubber sealing surfaces at both ends of the valve are protruding from the flange surface, so that the valve does not need additional rubber sealing gaskets when installed in pipelines.
